Apart from manufacturing and supply of a vast range of Railway Track Fastening Systems we also provide individual components catering to the Indian markets. High precision and quality materials are used to give the components a supreme quality and longer life. Our Products have been tested time and again and we are proud to be RDSO approved for more than 20 Years.
The range of Track components that we offer are as follows:
Rail Clip is an integral part of any railway fastening assembly, it holds the rail tracks in place with the sleeper thus preventing vertical and horizontal displacement of tracks. The clips are made up of spring steel by hot forging process to ensure better elastic properties and uniform microstructure of the final product.
Rail Pads are elastomeric components that are placed between the rail and sleeper which provide a cushioning effect. They are specifically manufactured to have superior vibration attenuation and resilience properties which reduces impact loads on the track generated during train movement which in turn increases the life of the sleepers and rail significantly.
Rail anchors, also called anti-creepers, are spring steel clips that attach to the underside of the rail baseplate and bear against the sides of the sleepers to prevent longitudinal movement of the rail, either from changes in temperature or through vibration.
A rail spike is a large nail with an offset head that is used to secure rails and base plates to the track. It helps to keep a certain rail gauge and prevent the vertical and horizontal movement of the rail track.
Our Expertise lies in supplying various types of base plates/tie plates, and having our in-house rolling mill provides us with better quality control over the finished product.
The main role of a liner is to provide a snug fit between the toe of the rail and the rail clips and thus help to avoid “point contact” between the mating parts. According to the specific application in circuited tracks (needing insulation between the mating parts) and non-circuited tracks (no need for insulation), GFN liners (Glass-fibre Reinforced Nylon liners and Metal Liners respectively are used.
